Our modern 10,000 m² production facility in Čakovec is the heart of PrimaBiro. Here, with the help of state-of-the-art equipment and an experienced team, we daily transform steel, aluminium and technical drawings into finished products.
Capabilities
Our facility is equipped for the complete production cycle — from cutting and forming to welding, surface protection and delivery.
Cutting and processing
CNC plasma and laser cutting, bending and forming of structural steel up to 150 mm thickness. Overhead cranes up to 30 tonnes for handling large dimensions.
Welding
Certified welders and robotic welding systems to EN ISO 3834. All welding methods: MIG/MAG, TIG, SAW and resistance welding.
Anti-corrosion protection (ACP)
Own shot blast chamber and a modern paint line enable coating application up to ACP class C5-M for the most demanding marine and industrial environments.
Logistics and delivery
We organise transport of finished products across Europe, including oversized and abnormal loads for large dimensions. Own forklifts and overhead cranes speed up loading.

Precise cutting of steel plates and profiles up to 150 mm thickness with minimal heat-affected zone.
Robotic welding station
Automated MIG/MAG welding station for serial production of components with high consistency.

Surface preparation to standard Sa 2½ for optimum coating application and long-term ACP protection.
Modern paint line
Controlled temperature and humidity conditions ensure uniform and high-quality coating application across the entire surface.
Overhead cranes (up to 30 t)
Enable safe relocation and positioning of heavy and voluminous structures within the facility.
Hydraulic press and plate bender
Precise bending and forming of steel plates and profiles to drawings with tolerances per EN 1090.
