CNC sheet cutting (plasma / gas)
High-precision cutting of steel sheets and plates up to 150 mm thick by plasma or gas process — CNC-programmed with minimal waste.
Certified welding
MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA/Stick welding by welders certified to EN ISO 9606. In-house NDT laboratory with VT, MT, PT, UT and RT inspection methods.
Large-format machining
Turning, milling and drilling for heavy workpieces — handling capacity up to 60 tonnes and dimensions suited to transformer tanks.
Shot blasting (metal cleaning)
In-house shot-blasting chamber ensures surface preparation to Sa 2.5 cleanliness grade — a prerequisite for durable anti-corrosion protection.
Anti-corrosion protection and painting
Multi-layer ACP coating in our own paint shop, including categories up to CX per ISO 12944 — suitable for offshore and the most demanding industrial environments.
Assembly
Complete mechanical and electrical assembly to the customer's technical documentation, including trial assembly and final inspection before dispatch.
