CNC sheet cutting (laser / plasma / gas)
High-precision cutting of steel sheets up to 150 mm thick — CNC-programmed with minimal waste.
Certified welding
MIG/MAG and TIG welding by certified welders and operators. In-house NDT equipment and certified personnel for VT, MT, PT and UT inspection methods.
Large-format machining
Complete machining carried out on our own machines, without the need for subcontracting, ensuring a consistently high level of quality.
Shot blasting (metal cleaning)
Two in-house shot-blasting chambers ensure surface preparation to Sa 3.0 cleanliness grade — a prerequisite for durable anti-corrosion protection.
Anti-corrosion protection and painting
ACP coating application including categories up to CX per ISO 12944 — suitable for offshore and the most demanding service conditions.
Assembly
Complete assembly to the customer's technical documentation, including trial assembly and final inspection before dispatch.
