Our Čakovec facility is a complete manufacturing platform — from raw steel intake to dispatch of a finished, certified and protected product. Every process stage is covered by specialised equipment and qualified personnel.
All our technologies and processes are certified to international standards — ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN 1090 and EN ISO 9606.

Six specialised capabilities that together cover the complete lifecycle of demanding steel structures.
Production facility
The facility is organised into 5 specialised zones: machining, component assembly, final assembly, anti-corrosion protection (ACP) and dispatch. Each zone is optimised for smooth material flow and minimal inter-handling.
Material handling
Internal transport is adapted to heavy structures with overhead cranes rated up to 60 tonnes. The facility allows trial assembly of finished elements up to 9 metres tall before final dispatch.
Machining
Precision cutting and processing of structural steel up to 150 mm thick by plasma and gas methods. Aluminium and stainless steel are processed up to 100 mm. CNC programming ensures minimal tolerances and reduced waste.

Welding
We apply certified manual and mechanised welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA/Stick). All welders are certified to EN ISO 9606, and every weld is subject to documented quality control.
Anti-corrosion protection
In-house shot-blasting and painting chambers allow surface preparation to Sa 2.5 and application of multi-layer coatings up to CX category per ISO 12944 — suitable for the most demanding offshore and marine environments.
Quality control
100% inspection of all welded joints by certified specialists. We apply VT, MT, PT, UT and RT non-destructive testing methods, with mandatory leak-tightness testing of every finished transformer tank.
